The grapes were harvested without machines, solely by hand; the use of herbicides was avoided. The wine with a straw yellow color reflects aromas of apricot, grapefruit and jasmine. Good texture, fresh and fruity. Genetic studies a few years ago revealed that this vine is a purely local vine of
