The bag is crafted in small workshops in Tokyo. It is made from fully vegetable tanned kip leather from Himeji, Japan a region with centuries of tanning tradition. The leather is hand dyed layer by layer using the traditional Oka Zome (Hill Dyeing) hand dyeing method, which creates depth and subtle color
