The overlay is stamped Sterling and although there is no makers mark, I believe that this was made by Steuben of Corning, NY with silver overlay by Alvin Mfg. of Providence, RI. The bottle has a height of 3 5 8 to the top of the stopper and a height of 2 3 8, exclusive of the stopper. The piece is in very good condition with no chips or cracks but
