Grindley & Co. of England in the elegant Celtic flow blue pattern. Dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian era, the set features richly flowing cobalt blue decoration with hand applied gilt accents along the scalloped rims and ornate handle. The Celtic pattern combines flowing foliate motifs with textured border detailing and softly blurred cobalt transferwork characteristic of classic
