Pinots Macrs is made from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes farmed organically in Alsace, France. The grapes for this great Alsace wine are hand harvested and sorted manually in the vineyard. They then undergo two weeks of whole bunch co maceration before being lightly pressed and fermented. Bombisch! is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no sulfur added.
