Located in New York's Catskill Mountains, the hotel was founded in 1969. There's golf in the summer, skiing in the winter, restaurants year round, and more. And it all has that wonderful Italian aesthetic and atmosphere, as you can tell by the name. It's still open to this day. You don't need to know any of that, though.
