Andi Weigand 2023 Amphora White Natural Orange Wine 750ml (10.5%) Rose Wine varieties macerated between 12 hoursMuller Thurgau and Bacchus blend, from vines 30 45 years old grown in Iphofen, Bavaria, GermanyA smooth and fresh light orange with minimal skin contact, with aromas of apricot and pineapple, with a light acidity and minerality. Andi follows the same process for each of his whites: grapes are hand harvested, and are pressed directly in the 100 year old basket press. Juice is then transferred to clay Amphora, for nine months or so before bottling
