The delicate colour and golden hues are a sign of the wines maturity and reflective of Bollingers wine making methods. The wines fruity, spicy and floral notes intertwine with wild peach, plum and orange peel precede saffron and tonka bean. All complemented with a fresh, mineral aspect.
