Polished Lime Magnesite specimen. MAP219 stripey jasper 115 mm x 90 mmMAP219. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Half of a complete nodule ! Dimensions at widest points approximately 120 mm x 95 mm x 50 mm thick. Weighs 726 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
