Large Vintage Silver Filigree Brooch w Abalone Drops Egyptian North African 4.13 - VFG mod The rest of the mountThis is a finely worked silver filigree brooch with abalone inlay and abalone drops. The brooch is unsigned, but most likely of North African origin, probably Egyptian, and possibly made for the French market. The piece is quite large, measuring 4 1 8 across at its widest and with a height of 3 3 4 from the highest point to the bottom of the centre drop. I would date the brooch to about 1930. The silver tested positive and the content is most likely
