DIRECTION TO USE Douching is easiest when done in the shower or empty bathtub. Apply some petroleum jelly or lube to the tip of the nozzle. Insert the tip of the nozzle as far as it will go into the vagina and gently squeeze the bulb or the dispenser until all the solution has been used.
