The fabric is very soft, in a medium thickness and of very nice quality. The coat was made in Montreal, Canada by Empire, a manufacturer with a history dating to 1917 and known for its quality. The coat is made in an easy to wear classic style with higher set medium width notched lapels, three button closure hidden by an overflap, relaxed shoulders, diagonal side
