This is very Perrières in character
but there is a depth to it
pure and expressive with ripe red and black pinot fruit that gives way gracefully to wonderfully seductive middle weight flavors that possess good mid-palate concentration and while the finish possesses a slight tanginess
This beauty should amply reward a decade of cellar time
This should also be very good if allowed 8 to 10 years of cellar time to realize its full potential
Colombier, Hermitage Blanc other_regions_italy This is very Perrières inLight, bright straw yellow. A deeply perfumed bouquet evokes pear and peach nectar, honey, vanilla, toasted almond and smoky minerals. Rich and fleshy but lively as well, offering sappy orchard, pit fruit and marzipan flavors that are braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Finishes chewy, focused and long, with lingering pear, honey notes and a hint of anise. Josh Raynolds
